I have been working on the client`s behalf for over 20 years. Earning the highest designation in Real Estate, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) has given me the education for you, consumer protection.  I have also earned a Broker license with many additional college level courses.  I also have a Bachelor in Business Administration from Kent State University in Ohio.

Who I am

Thank you for the opportunity to share with you the enthusiasm for my work in Real Estate. Living in Carlsbad for over 10 years, I have witnessed many positive changes in the community and surrounding areas in North County San Diego.  It is fascinating to watch my clients move into their first home or change homes for growing families or empty nests.   I get a great satisfaction knowing that I helped in this process.  My goal is to keep the homebuying and selling experience a very positive experience.   Understand that I value a smooth and yes, fun, transaction.
